With nearly 20 years of growth and development, the company has established advanced facilities in the Loudi Economic and Technological Development Zone, including a pyrometallurgy processing plant, a precious metals hydrometallurgical refining plant, and an electrolysis workshop for precious metals. It operates seven branches located in Hainan, Guangdong, Anhui, Hubei, Jiangxi, Changsha, and Loudi. Dingfeng partners with over 2,000 waste metal material suppliers, processing more than 2,000 tons of scrap metal monthly. Notably, its eco-friendly recycling of used spark plugs accounts for 70% of the national market share.
The company is committed to a path of technological innovation, green and low-carbon operations, market-driven strategies, and efficient management. It has established industry-academia-research cooperation mechanisms with multiple universities and research institutions, employing several research mentors and holding numerous invention patents. To establish a national-level demonstration enterprise for new precious metal materials, a "urban mine" model base, and a circular economy demonstration site, Dingfeng plans to develop a metal waste recycling and processing project in the Loudi Economic Development Zone. The project will cover an area of 50 acres with a total investment of 300 million RMB. Using state-of-the-art separation, extraction, and refining technologies, the facility will produce over 13,000 kilograms of precious metals annually, including rhodium, iridium, platinum, and germanium.
The company strictly adheres to the principles of "reduction, reuse, recycling, and harmless treatment" in line with circular economy requirements, continuously strengthening technological research and development while maintaining a 100% compliance rate for emissions of the "three wastes" (waste gas, liquid, and solids).
